The Easier to Refer System is a constellation of referral systems that we build for our clients to earn referrals from their existing clients, team members, and strategic referral partners. This overview highlights which of the systems you should have first and which are nice to have.
You might be asking yourself some version of “if this is so great, why is the training free and publicly accessible?”
I would congratulate you on asking a great question. We have decided to make our training accessible because we believe that every business can benefit by having the right referral system built in. We recognize that not everyone has the current budget available for our bespoke services. We have created this training to help those who are ready to start and just need to know what the first step is. We believe you can figure this out yourselves once you know what to do next.
To be 100% transparent, we also recognize that some of you will take the training and decide that it would be easier to have us do the work for you. We offer this as a way to introduce ourselves and help you decide if we might be a fit to work together.
Either way, we want you to be able to decide for yourselves if what we do makes sense for your business.
The only caveat I would share here is that you must take what we do as a template. Customize it for your specific needs. There is no such thing as a “one size fits all” or “universal” referral system. Anyone who tells you otherwise is leading you astray.
